I will start off with two.
Have to use reader when I pump my tire, to read the pressure needle on the pump
Some times getting a leg over the top tube is an adventure in contorting my body, hold on to some rail, wall, or bar to get the job done.

had stiff hip issues , then I'd lay the bike on its side on the ground, step over it , then pull the bike up underneath myself.

Hey, I'm sure you would think it rude if I made a political comment about your signature quote, and I think the mods would toss my comment for being inappropriate in this sub-forum. And so I won't comment on your signature quote, except to say that I appreciate talking about bicycles on this forum, and would prefer if politics wouldn't intrude.

Plan my trip around potential bathroom stops.
Now days I try to make sure I have water and bathroom stops every 15 miles or so. I may not need the stop but it's there just in case.

Sounds like your prostate is runining your life, maybe it is time to explore a T.U.R.P.

I'm happy to see another peelatelist (one whose hobby is peeing). No prostate problem, just drink a lot of water after having been dehydrated a couple of times.

Lets say one day you wake up and realize you stream is not as strong as it was when you were in your 20's, it is time to man up and stand closer to the target.

And that's part of the reason I get off the bike from the back.
Also, never pass up a chance to use a bathroom.
One other thing, depending on which glasses I'm wearing on a ride will determine if I can read my computer on the ride, or after the ride.

What I never had to do when I was young: "train". I was just fast. Not owning a motor vehicle kinda helped in that regard.

OldsCOOL has the right way of looking at that term, IMHO.
My wife and I will celebrate our 39th anniversary tomorrow, I try to live up to being the man that is as good a person as my wife is, in all things. Two wonderful, successful children, a nice comfortable home, an engineering job that I can enjoy, and her business is successful (she built and made this business what it is today, completely.) What a load of crap to aspire to leaving a woman, and having a certain age, younger wife as something to brag about.
Bill
