Woman make me faster
New previously mentioned Tarmac Comp Disc. With some upgrades. It’s getting dialed in still and I’m up to 50 miles, no opportunity to ride much.

Airborne
Today I rode my Airborne Zeppelin for the first time in about 2 months. I have been getting the miles on a couple other bikes that I have. The one I have been on mostly is an accessorized Schwinn DBX SS, commuting/errands bike: fenders, racks, bags, lights etc. It is quite heavy. Getting on my titanium Zeppelin was a real gas. I felt so fast and strong. I bought it used last year off E-bay and it has been a pleasure riding it. Not sure of the year but I think from 2003-05. It is Ultegra 9 speed. I have replaced the handlebar, stem, wheels, chain and chain rings, and of course tires. I have probably 4000 to 5000 miles on it since I received it late June, 2017. I only had a short time to ride, wound up with 17 m just over 1 hour.

Always had a thing for the DB Podium frame, came across a bargain on this one over the summer and just recently built it up before holidays. Its a fun ride

Fun bike. Sometimes I worry about the old carbon as it has some knicks, but bike shops have reassured me that it is safe and overbuilt.

Doubled My Number of Bikes Today
I've been riding my old Cannondale CAAD 4 since 1999....my only bike in all that time. Finally got my dream bike today, a BMC Teammachine SLR2 01 Disc. What am I going to do with all these bikes?
I only had 2 things I wanted in my new bike: disc brakes and Di2. I love this bike, how it rides, and how clean the design and integration is.
Here it is today in the fitting contraption (you can see my old bike in the back right):
Now, it only needs to warm up so I can ride!

2019 is the year for travelling with some light luggage: mainly commuting (replaces a huge backpack) and I hope to cycle from Amsterdam to Burgundy. But first some test rides to see if it handles well enough with the extra weight. Color-matched Schindelhauer front rack with Ortlieb bags...
