Amazing!!!
I just got back from a 6 mile ride on my Giant Contend 1 and all I can say is...WOW,going from a 40 year old 35lb Schwinn to this blows my mind..sooo much easier to ride and quiet, like going from a 40 year old whoopty to a new Lexus, got the shifting down with these new fangle type shift levers too and Im REALLY thrilled with my new bike!!

I felt the same way when I went from my old Walmart mountain bike to my hybrid. It was like going from a 30 year old Ford pickup to a new Cadillac.

Eventually you'll stop reaching for the down tube shifters. But then when you ride your old bike, you'll try to shift with the brakes.

You might want to buy a set of dumbbells to replace the workout your arms were getting lifting that Schwinn.

Oh... the beginning of the slippery slope. You might as well just give up now.
Wait till you go on a group ride, and someone shows up on a 15 pound race machine!!
