Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

How much for used Shimano Di2?

I'm considering buying a bike that has Di2. It's a great bike for which I can buy at a relative bargain. Bike is 2 months old and has 850 miles on it. The Di2 has standard cranks, battery, brake calipers, shifters/brakes and front and rear derailleur. Although it's a beautiful set up, it's more than I need and I have a set of Sram Red I could toss on to replace the Di2.

If I would toss it on Ebay, what could I get?

Why do you want to replace Di2 with Red if the bike already comes with Di2?

Approximately $1,676 without the crankset. You can search completed listings on ebay.

Getting a great deal on the bike, but at the same time, if I sell the Di2 and get a decent price the bike will be almost nothing and I have a perfectly good set of Red.

Only an option at this point but figured I'd throw it out there.

Have you taken the Di2 out for a good spin yet? After you do you will forget about Red. You can still sell the Red for a decent price.

I understand Pcad wants a set, but he won't admit it in public, so you will need to send him a PM.
