Draft legal

i was checking out some aero bars and i seen some that said they were "draft legal"...whats the difference between that and regular aero bars?

Googled up this on Wikopedia:
"The International Triathlon Union regulates the size of aerobars used in competition for draft-legal races. Triathlons allowing drafting promote cycling as a group on the cycle leg of the triathlon, allowing athletes to compete with a very aggressive geometry compromises safety as maneuverability is reduced. Professional triathletes competing in these races use "shorty" aerobars mounted on a traditional drop handlebars."

Draft legal bars have a connector between the two spikes so you can't stab anyone if you crash. With Draft legal bars, you can't put shifters in them
