Identifying frame
Dear bike forums community,
I am in Italy and looking for a new frame for a road bike project. I came across a listing of a frame with "Daccordi" on it. The seller claims that the frame is not from Daccordi but simply painted at the Daccordi "Factory". The original manufacturer is unknown to the seller but he mentions that the bike is made out of Columbus Genius tubes. Does anyone knows if "Daccordi" actually paints bikes from other manufacturers? if so do they check the bike frame for issues before the actual paint? Thanks

It's not uncommon that bikes of some brands are actually made at the factories that belong to another brand. The bikes are still made to the specs of the brand that is selling them. So it's not like the bikes are the same even if they look similar.
