Schwinn Paramount 50th Anniversary 60cm

Had this for a bit but realized I am not a racing bike afficionado, so its time to find it a new home.
Asking $1400 shipped in the lower 48.
$1300 for local pick up in PA 19312.
If my pricing is off, feel free to hit me with an offer.
Payment via PayPal Friends & Family, Venmo or check. Check will have to clear before bike is shipped.
I have shipped a 100+ bikes over the last 20 years so it will be packed well.
I have also been selling in this venue for almost 20 years, so am a known entity vs. an unknown online seller.

1988 50th anniversary Schwinn frame w/ Gold plated fork
60cm Set tube c-t to top of seat tube
56.5 top tube center to center
Full Shimano Sante Group
The condition is good. Its a rider and with a bit of spit & polish would look even better.
There are touch ups to the paint throughout but no dents or rust.
The Shimano Sante group is in OK shape with the crank ends and the left brake lever having scratches.
The hoods, tires and tape should probably be refreshed but the drive train looks to be almost new.
The saddle is usable but a bit chewed up on one side.

Not sure of any relationship between Suntour (Sante) and Schwinn at the time, but that groupset looks great.

That’s a beauty! Interesting build, White Knight or Gold Ghost?
GLWTS!

What few 50th anniversary Paramounts I have seen all had a black frame with a gold fork. I didn't know they also came in white. Very nice.

GLWS.

Very unique, Gold edition in white instead of black. Didn’t all of the standard white ones all have silver decals, mine does?
Cheers,
Van
