Puncture resistant 27" tire
I'm looking for a good puncture resistant tire under $40 in either 27 x 1 1/4 or 1/8. On my other bike I have a Rando in the rear and a Michelin Krylion Carbon in the front and I'm very happy with those, but those are for 700s.

Also, any info on these tires: https://www.custommotoredbicycles.com/27inch_tires
Ideally I'd like to get something that has some blue or white in it.

for a decent colored tired i think you need a new wheelset, the specialized armadillo's a sturdy tire in 27x1-1/4 as well,
i've also ridden the gatorskin and the pasela TG in these sizes. I think the pasela comes in a 1+1/8 and somewhat due to size it's a much nimbler tire, it feels nicer on the road, more gripping, faster, lighter, smoother, does your taxes, etc. But, I used to commute 10 miles each way from a suburban area to a semi rural area and the paselas never lasted me very long before they had too many patches to feel safe. i stopped using them after 2 tires and still use gatorskins six years later. but my wheels are 700 now and i live in a city where they clean the streets more often than in the burbs/country roads

I put a lot of miles with zero flats (ok, I pinch-flatted both tires like an idiot once) on 27" Vittoria Zaffiros before I sold that bike.
