Kits to power a wheelchair?
Hello,
I'd like to build a list of recommended solutions to power a wheelchair.
Are there others I should know about?
Even better: If you have an idea of prices, I could include this.
Over here, someone told me the Batec kit cost him €6,000/$7,500 (!).
Thank you.

Hmmm... Eugene has an Adaptive Equipment Rental, including at least one full handcycle, as well as the Dragonfly mentioned above. Photos look a bit different, so perhaps an older model of the Dragonfly.

Portland administers their Adaptive Cycling through the Bike Share program.

It looks like they also have a few handcycles,

Apparently they have a couple of Excelerator handcycles. Perhaps here?

These appear to be complete chairs, and not just add-ons.

A set of wheels, each with a motor in them ,
were brought into the bike shop for new tires and tubes.
but you are 9 time zones away to the east, and across an ocean from here.

Two, 1000W hub motors built into the standard wheelchair wheels.
Have to make sure one sits forward in the chair a bit when engaging them.
Wheelie bars on the back?
