Trying to figure out what I've got here... this is another of the Jim Johnson collection (see my previous posts).
Worth a full restoration, liquidate as-is?

Sweet bike and the back story to the collection is important to you personally. That said, do you have an interest in fixing it up and riding it? If not, it will be easy enough to sell on BF to someone who will fix up the bike, ride it, and appreciate the back story to the bike as well.
There are no wheels to the bike, right? I'd value it at $150-$200 as it sits (reynolds 531 main frame and a nice set of vintage parts). It might be worth more to the right buyer but at the price, it will move. Also I can't determine the parts on the bike and that could impact the valuation. You will need to take some drive side pictures of the bike.
The parts look to be campy other than the brakes which are mafac and the RD might be super record but not sure. So I'll value this at $250 as it sits. You can get more if you part the bike out but that is a bit of a shame especially with the crank since the bike is swiss and may well have a swiss threaded BB; very hard to find those bottom brackets.

shell metric, not CH
appears mid-'60's
fittings alone, if sold separately, would yield more than double valuation mentioned

For more information, try Classic Rendezvous. Dale seems to know quite a bit about these. I have one and it is a wonderful bike. Mine is in red fade paint scheme and all original , quite nice to ride and quick enough as well. Joe

I think the frame is worth a couple hundred alone. $400 for the bike with a set of wheels. Another $100 for xtra wheelset. Thats a nice color. Looks like a light cleaning and the bike is ready to go. Beautiful!
