Are these compatible with the bionx battery?
I found a 20Ah 36V LiMn battery pack on Amazon.
Other than the fact that it probably won't fit in the Bionx battery case, would these work with the bionx system and the charger?

Probably not... It's a proprietary system, so... the battery and controller do a self check before anything happens...
