Dolan DF4 vs Koga Kimera

So I have pretty much decided that I deserve a new track bike (frameset anyway)... pretty much have it down to 2 choices, Dolan DF4 or NOS Koga Kimera.

What is everyone's thoughts? GO.

Ehhh, no not really.

It maybe drops 1mm or 2mm over the course of a few weeks? Nothing crazy. Seems to be a problem with ALL aero seatposts tbh.

I'm not sure, maybe. It's pretty small. I added some carbon paste and tightened it down a bit more to see what's up.

Hey Guys, I had the choice of a PLANET x TOR vs the DOLAN DF4, just pulled the trigger and went for the DOLAN, so you all believe that the additional £750 is really justified on the KOGA KIMERA? anyone got any feedback on the DF4??

Have a look at this thread https://www.bikeforums.net/track-cycl...ete-bikes.html . You will get a whole lot of info on track frames currently out there.

(oh, and welcome, fellow countryman! )

Feedback on the DF4? It's an amazing bike. Most on my old team ride it now. Another quickly adapted brand at my local track has been Dixie Flier.

What is everyone's thoughts? GO.

Assuming the frame geometry and stiffness are near identical I would select the one that takes my existing BB and crank set with adequate chain stay clearance. Them I would look at price and frame color.
