Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

I just much prefer the razor sharp handling of a RB. The dreaded snow - tire effect totally kills any advantages a mtb has IMO. To a large degree no mtb will ever handle anywhere near a RB. its just impossible.

I love getting that reaction out of people. There are some trail intersections and popular rest points where it's guaranteed someone will say that if I show up on a touring/cross/gravel/whatever bike. Then you pass the pipe.

Can't assume anything to be true unless GCN makes a video about it.
