Oh, sorry! I forgot, since the last time I was there, they bulldozed a quarter of the city, to cover-up all the burnt-out hulks of what were once nice homes; and let nature reclaim the land. Out of sight; out of mind. See? What ghetto? What urban blight? Maybe they can widen the sidewalks downtown, so that they can reduce the number of lanes of the streets, so that they'll look like they're crowded with traffic, instead of an environment for tumbleweeds.
