Lately audiobooks. However about 2 years ago I was regularly listening to Bicycle Talk by Ron Manizza, The Outspoken Cyclist by Dianne Jenks. Both were informative and entertaining.

I've only gotten hooked on a couple of podcasts; neither bike related.
The Tobolowski files is one. Just really entertaining stories told by Stephen Tobolowski.
The other is Philosophize this. He just does a great job making philosophical ideas relevant to today's world.
Just to clarify, I listen to these in my car and not on the bike. I don't listen to anything riding.

I used to listen to Pedal Hub by MPR News, which was a really nice show until they cancelled. Mostly "local" to me.

Beyond a doubt Redkiteprayer.com and it's associated podcasts; The Paceline and The Pull. Particularly enjoy The Pull and you will too IF you are a bit of a geek and enjoy hearing from and about...bike builders and craftsmen. Patrick Brady is a well known cycling writer, producer and the host. He's informed and just plain likable.
