Looking at a Peugeot Cadre Allegre and am confused about the sizing.

So I am trying to buy a bike to use to get around campus. I've been looking at used ones online and the best deal I've come across is for a Peugeot Cadre Allegre. Here is the post:

https://www.facebook.com/groups/9259...19190004829314

I've haggled down to $60. My biggest concern is that it will be too big for me. I am 5'2" and have an inseam of 27.5".
He said the frame measurement is 53 cm. According to this chart I found, this bike is about 5cm too big for me. (https://www.ebicycles.com/wp-content/...road-bikes.pdf)

How much of a problem will this be? And is this a good purchase?

The bike in the picture looks to be bigger than 53cm. More like 58cm.
Way too bike for you IMO.
