Sorry for the hurried photo, I didn't even clean/straighten the "stereo armoire". You've likely seen the Masi, but the turntable is a Panasonic linear-drive SL-N15, which I bought new in +/- 1980 and rehabbed by a stereophile friend a few years back. OK, it's my only turntable...

On the Circular theme could I show a photo of my bike in front of my vintage Powermatic 90 wood lathe or my vintage Walker Turner drill press?

I have serviced and overhauled several LAB 300 turntables for customers, I liked this one so much I acquired the first nice one I could get (Another repair customer gave me one when their customer returned it, they loved the fact I was able to get it running again like new)
Large Advents! I bought mine 48 years ago(!!) to ship UPS to college. UPS only took 50 pounds max in those days so I couldn't get the walnut cabinet. Now, at least three of the 4 speakers have been replaced and a friend veneer clad them to match my decor.

I loved their sound, bass and felt I was hearing the music, not a stylized version of that music. Early 90s I bought a pair of bookshelf JBLs because I now had a house and livingroom. Liked that the JBLs sounded just like the Advents but with more modern, cleaner sounding tweeters. Put the Advents in the back corners aimed away from our ears, JBLs in front and closer. Wow! Another house, wood flooring instead of carpet and a Matantz amp and double wow!

I don't play LPs often, but when I do, it is on the turntable a year older than the Advents and from the same city - AR.

Three receivers, doing 5.1 with the one for fronts, rears and center?

I also see you're for inclusion, not one of those is the same brand

I stumbled into the Pioneer- I acquired the Sansui and the Marantz along the line (a guy traded me the Marantz for some other stereo gear). Right now the Pioneer is out of the loop as it needs some work- got some noise in one channel. I do still have the Yamaha CD player that matches the cassette deck, but that needs some work as well- so the Sony is out there.

Right now they're set up slaved off the Sansui- so the Sansui is pushing one or 2 sets of speakers in the front (Series II Bose 301s and Rectilinear III tall boys) and occasionally a set of Rectilinear III Minis in the rear. The pre-out goes to the aux-in of the Marantz- and that's pushing a set of series IV Bose 501s in the front and a set of Advent Loudspeakers (OLAs) in the rear.

The stereo doesn't quite keep up with the guitar amp or the bass amp, but it's fun to try.

Like the Fairchild, I've got a 1958 412 with two arms the original BitD 12" Shure that I've never put a proper cartridge on and an old Mission 774 with an Ortofon OM20. I got the table about 15 years ago and it still had original belts. Great machine.

My bike and tables

Here's my Raleigh Super Course fronting my main system. Currently running my JVC QL-A75 turntable ~ Dynavector Karat and my JVC QL-50 ~ Signet XK-50 ~ Empire 4000D/1. I have 4 or 5 other turntables, but no room for them all! It's a sickness! They feed a Pioneer AVR into two Yamaha P2200 amps (350wpc each) into the Infinity QLS speakers and MK subs. It's very smooth!Camera is a Lumix FZ1000.

Wow, a thread for me! Unfortunately everything is in storage or in daughter's garage as we are in moving mode. What you WOULD see; Rega Planar 2 feeding a conrad-johnson pre, wired to either ATC Active monitors, or Maggie 1.6QR. Obscuring everything would probably be my Steve Rex custom. Most of these rigs are drool worthy. I had a LP12 Sondek in a past life, but didn't have the right foundation to keep it from going bouncy bouncy all the time. Obviously vintage bikers love vintage hifi!

I have particular fondness for the Lux tonearm. Built this AR belt drive around it! Gizmo of the far right is my engineered magnetic end of play lifter!
and a pair of ultegra calipers

Nice work. I haven’t gone that far yet. Have made inserts for my Thorens so I can drop arms in.
