Here's two!
NEXT MISSION
I'd like some cool architecture...we need something pretty universal, but not totally common, and not something we've seen a lot of in the thread...how about:
Your bike with Masonic architectural detail(s).
Mr. Bill clause: Masonic sign/window decal/etc., or any nifty iconography from a different fraternal order (that 'Welcome to Ourtown' sign with plaques from the Rotary Club and the Lions DOES NOT count). Mr. Bill clause becomes active when I say so. Disputes will be settled based purely on esthetics.

I did and I liked it
After graduating I lived in Holladay. I had a Raleigh Record that got me through college with normal wear and tear (i.e. lotsa), so I stripped it completely down, repainted it and built it back up. To celebrate I rode up Little Cottonwood Canyon, and on my way down, probably clocking about 50 mph, I got to thinking that I really had no qualifications to rebuild the bike...
Made it down safely. I liked living there.. learned to ski, got some good hiking in.
Went back through that area 2 years ago, and casual observation is that southeast SLC area school density is probably about the same as west Houston school density. I didn't do the ride (no one chasing me), but my back-of-the-envelope on a 30 mile loop would give me about 1 school/mile ridden.

I'm just reposting the new mission just to bump this. I'm concerned that there's no action on the thread.

Permanently fixed to a moving object (side of a truck)? You may have to relax conditions.

Not a clown, but maybe this sheet metal octopus that I found on my ride today can keep us amused until the clown shows up.

Mr Bill Clause, effective now!
Any image of an animal or person that could be featured in a carnival, circus, stage act, side show or roadside attraction--if an animal, it must be a trained act-type thing. Images or statues of barkers, lion tamers, jugglers, clowns, trapeze artists, etc. are good, as are trained animals such seals, elephants, bears, etc. No Ronald McDonald or Jack In the Box (the food chain) displays. To repeat, the animals must be performing-type, not just exhibited. They do not need to be exotic animals.
I think I inadvertently discovered that the "clowns are scary" forces have won the war. No one wants them on their businesses anymore.
Also, "permanently affixed" just means you can't bring your own poster or toy and prop it up.

^^^ funny I just saw a photo yesterday that could probably take this challenge if The Joker is considered a clown, especially with the Mr. Bill clause. From the Your Bike with Graffiti thread.

I was toolin’ around a Jack in the Box and even they don’t have ol’ bubblehead on any outside sign.
Wasn’t a complete waste. Managed to bag license plate of car leaving the robbery of a convenience store.

Yeah, I toured around checking daycares, hobby stores and art stores. Clowns have taken a hard reputation hit.

Too bad nab a perp wasn't the mission! Think of the bonus points.
If there's a story that goes with it, do tell! I really think this is the best water cooler thread.

Since it might generate significant discussion, I've posted the story in a separate "General Cycling" thread. Don't want to hijack this one.. we'll need room here for all the elephants, lions, tigers and tightrope walkers....

Nope, definitely not a winner.
You need to ride somewhere and get a picture of something you didn't bring. This is not Show and Tell.
And that is exactly what "permanently affixed" was meant to bar.
Sorry, but this thread has had people try that before, and it's not what it's about.

mr_bill clause 2:
Effective immediately, any display or representation of a person or animal engaged in any performing entertainment or any art. Will also accept real people or animals doing so if you happen upon them. No getting shots of your own pets, etc.

Also the "bike" must be in the pic. A "bike" has two wheels.

But is that elephant performing, not just displayed?
I found a ballet dancer, which complies with Mr. Bill clause 2.
