As a trucker myself, not a whole lot of regards seems to be given to smaller vehicles. Nothing like nearly getting creamed by some refrigerated super trucker while riding to work, then blocking him in at the fuel island with my tanker and ripping him a new one.

BITD the model was all the Chinese on bicycles interacting at intersections with a flow
not controlled by signals and officials but just by a (seeming from afar) natural ebb and flow..

But once the big engines of international commerce got going and more were prosperous ,
and buying cars and seeking personal wealth &status , just like the West, that ended..
