That should explain it.

Definatly don't like what Kona has brought out for 08. The bent top tube on some of the bikes is hell ugly. What happened to all the DC's on the stinky range?

The Kapu is nice... why oh why does it not have Campy on it though?!?

I hate the looks of the bent top tubes on their XC bikes.

Liked the fact that Kona changed the boxy tubing (specially around the junction o fthe head, top and down tubes) on the Caldera and Cinder Cone. It (2008 tubing) looks more like the Pre 2006 tubing (which I really liked).

the coiler and the stab looks UGLY. were the designers high on buttuglyum or something...

Tubing on the kula is interesting (not necessarily in a positive way. its more like I am iffy about it). What..it looks like the Kula is trying to copy the Stumpjumper......

good picks.....thanks for sharing..

My bias is probably coming through, but the nicest looking bike this year is the Rocky Mountain Element 70. Paint scheme is beautiful. I was digging the 2005/2006 colors from Kona as they were quite unique. This year I am not a big fan.

Why did they get rid of the Cowan DS? Looks like they are replacing it with an identical bike called the Bass.

Okay a number of observations:
  1. Dewy WTF? Some of these are hedious namely #2
  2. More Moving parts on some of the Dualies, why, why, why, why
  3. Jake the Snake and Major Jake appear to have all aluminum frame, no carbon
  4. What's with the RD pulled at an extreme angle?
I'll have one of each please....

Look good to me. but it's a bad place for suspension, mud will get in there so fast it'll creak and squeal and will need daily lube/clean. Other than that, the bike looks alright to me.

I think they look pretty good. I really like the Stinky Air. The only thing I don't like, and its not Kona's fault, are the new decals on Marzocchi forks. I think they are hideous.
