A guy in our group ride did just last Thursday at 34mph. He flipped a few times, eventually unclipped, and sent his bike flying through the air. He was still able to slowly finish the route home and showed up to Tuesdays run doing fine. He was really lucky though.

According to the notes in the YouTube video, the guy in front suffered a loose rear wheel, resulting in the crash.

I crashed at an estimated 114 MPH.....I was pedaling hard  #noreallyCBR900RR
Suprizingly enough, it didn't actually hurt much, right then.
Statistically, your odds of surviving a crash approach 0 at around 80 MPH (older statistics, I am sure it has gotten better) so, I always consider that as I go about 45 down this hill across the way from my house. It is the only road away from my house that isn't heavily traveled, so if I want a peaceful ride I have to go down and up that thing twice. Luckily it is only about 1/4 or so maybe a bit less. Just about the time you get to that "oh crap" speed, you are trying to tuck tight and get up the other side a ways.

I was doing about 26mph and accelerated to about 55mph in a split second when some dumb ass rear ended me. Drove the bike out from under me, knocked me out of my shoes, in retaliation I smashed up his windshield real good. :-)
Ended up with a lot of road rash and bruising, nothing broken though.

When I was a kid, my dad was nice enough to buy me a Peugeot 12 speed for my birthday. (Had the fastest bike in my grade school). I managed to hit a big rock while bombing down a hill at 30+ mph. I flew over the handlbars and skidded for about 25 feet. Obviously, no helmet, but fortunately didn't hit my head. Had horrific road rash over both arms and hands and my entire chest. Took over a month to heal. The bike was never the same either.

I crashed somewhere around 30 mph a couple of years ago. ended up with a concussion, whiplash, some minor road rash. (I was really glad that I shaved my legs and put on a helmet that morning.)

Ugh. Crashed at 40mph in a race just under three weeks ago. Coming down a hill and ramping up for the sprint I got my front wheel swept out from under me. Details are fuzzy, but there was some flying, a lot of tumbling and a little sliding. Besides the usually road rash, I ended up with three broken ribs, a severely dented helmet (and very sore neck, but no loss of conciousness) and a screwed up wrist. I didn't think much of it at the time, but afterwards I realized how lucky I was - it could have been a lot worse.

37 mph going down hill and hit a dog, (have hit 54 going down this hill depends on the lead out and wind). out of work for 4 months. 2 broken ribs, broken scapcula, puntured lung, and road rash, helmet cracked in 17 places (but it worked)

I've crashed twice at around 30mph. Both times I was able to ride away (after some minimal roadside bike repairs) with no professional medical attention required. Had I been going slightly faster (>35mph) I don't think the results would have been dramatically worse.
But that has more to do with the circumstances of those crashes than the speeds.
btw, I consider myself very lucky.

43mph. It ****ing sucks. Not sure what else to say. Tumbling for a good 100 yards downhill is hardly my idea of a good time.
Also watching Garmin data of a crash is mildly entertaining. My heart rate went from 145 to 190 about as fast as the bike went from 40 to zero.

Once I was descending on narrow roads at ~40mph through a medium sweeper that passed under a large tree that darkened the whole area as if going through a tunnel. There was sand right underneath the tree that caught me by surprise. I recovered, but went off my line and overcooked the turn going off the road and into a sage brush the size of a small car. When I hit it I endo'd in a big way and flipped one and a half rotations with the bike attached to my feet, which then released when I was upside down in the second rotation and was catapulted (witnesses say) about 25 feet into the air and bounced twice (both times on a wheel!) landing on relatively soft soil, completely unscathed. As for myself, I landed softly in a sitting position on another sage bush. It was least painful, bike crash I've ever been in. I was like, "let's do that again!"
