Modern road shoes long?
Hi all,
Thought I'd upgrade my old road shoes so I've tried a few pairs on in my size and they all seem to fit OK but they all seem long? Quite a space at the toes, is this common or just specific to shoes I've tried. These are Boardman Carbon and also Shimano RC5.
Just wondering if others finding this.
Thanks.

To ask the obvious question, did you try a half-size smaller?

Different brands of shoes fit differently. There is no standardized fit or shape of a shoe for any specific size that some big standards organization specifies.
