Schwinn Day Tripper Cargo Trailer ?

I am thinking about getting one of these. Pretty inexpensive. Anyone have one ? I may be asking too much but it would be nice if it has serviceable wheel bearings so I can re-grease them. Will be used for grocery runs to our local store about 10 miles away.
