Active Living Forum

Last week, Rowan and I went to a half day Active Living Forum. It was related to my job and was advertised in one of our newsletters, and I thought it might interest Rowan as well.

It was indeed quite interesting. The main speaker was Professor James F. Sallis.

I'm sure a number of you will know that name because of his Active Living Research and his huge quantity of publications.

He is a very dynamic speaker and was the best of all the presenters.

It was a good morning.

If you get a chance to hear him speak at a forum, or to read through some of his material ... go and do!
