Cyclocross and Gravelbiking (Recreational) This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like :The Dirty Kanza". We also have a dedicated Racing forum for the Cyclocross Hard Core Racers.

LOL! Yeah, I don't like to have to stop and refill - and I drink a bottle every 45 minutes

It was a shakedown ride for a longer ride that I needed that many bottles for 2 legs that to get to the next stop without running out. Turned out to be a great shakedown for finding problems with my set up, my back water bottle holders were so tight I had to stop to pull the bottles out, couldn't do it while riding. I also decided to ditch the bar mounted bottle and just stick one in my jersey pocket.

Love it. Here's my commuter, 2018 Rove DL. Just picked it up a couple weeks ago but haven't had a chance to do much or ride it on account of the bad weather.

Ah what the heck, here's my cross/gravel bike. Mostly ride it on single track and very bumpy paved trails, nothing too serious... so converted to 2x.

Everytime I see those flowers I pause for a second and think "Queen Anne's Lace or Giant Hogweed?"
