Newbie :Greetings from Bicycle land Taiwan!
Hello everyone,
I am taking up on cycling again since I was a teen. Now a middle age man, needing to exercise. I just purchased a Cannondale Bad Boy 1 for my midlife crisis 2.0. It has already gotten rid of 5kgs of weight off of me in the one month that I've been ridden it. I hope to learn from all the experts here , a sport that I have left 20 years ago. To re-learn this sport from all you generous people, whom I assume have a Buddha compassion level sharing minds.
Greetings from Taiwan, a land of convenient stores, scooters and BICYCLES!
It's an honor to be here,
Kai

Hi Kai Kai, welcome to the forums! Many of my wife's family lives in TW. Two years ago we went over for vacation and I was looking out for road bikes since I was planning to get one. Other than the ubiquitous ride share bikes, I only saw a few, and surprisingly they all rode Specialized. I definitely expected to see more Giant and Cannondale. We were also there just a week or two before the cycling expo in Taipei, maybe I would have seen more?
