From an XCM Race this Sunday, 50km long race, and I rode 43km to get to the race, rained a lot the night before and during the race, it was awesome.

sweet! Were a lot of other riders on fat bikes @MAGAIVER? I want to dip my toes into some more mountain bike (XC) racing.

There was one other dude riding a cheap department store style fat bike on a lower category but thats it. Around here XC bikes are the most popular hands down, We have lots of dirt roads that can get a little to rough for a gravel bike but never rough enough for a trail bike. I usually race on a rigid 29er, but the fat bike performs better in the mud and gives me more confidence, I suck at riding in the mud.

2nd in the 4/5 and burned all my matches for the weekend doing it.
Also raced the 1/2/3/4 open that same day and SS the next day but no podiums to show for it. It was nice having a good result in my first race of the season.

Nationals at Carson this year with me being super bummed to be on the front. The first time I've ever run a 102" and it was at sea level, for every race (scratch, om, points). Bananas how fast the USA guys are.

The farm to fork fondo in Lancaster PA was great. We traveled to 7 farms and sampled the produce.

Hemp farm. They had CBD water.
