I'm guessing that's the serial number. I'm not sure there is a solid Bianchi serial number database. We're going to need much more information, along with photographs.

The only thing the serial number tells us is that it is 1981 model, manufactured in Japan.

It might be Canadian market based on the fully chromed forks. Where is the OP located?

Perhaps the photo is misleading but to me the frame looks to be bent at the head tube top tube intersection point. Hope I am wrong.
