I think it's from roughly 1990. They produced a few models with similar paint jobs around that time, but none that are an exact match in the catalogs online. Serial number should nail the date.

The model isn't super important, a 3.0 frame is a 3.0 frame.

I am wondering if its a shimano 600, but i cant tell. Can anyone identify it? The derailleurs and shifters all say Sport lx

Sport-LX was an early version of what eventually became Sora/Tiagra, I think. There was a similar group called Mountain LX.

That is my bike in the link. it was orginally Sport LX but i upgraded it to Ultegra 9 Speed. It was a mish mash of parts when i got it.
The big question what year is it? well the headbadge was used up to 1989 but the general paint scheme was used in 1990. along with the replaceable rear derailleur hanger. Which mine does not have. I have not found any reference of the color combination anywhere. I generally refer to it as a early 1990 model.
I have only seen a few other pics of other ones in this color combination and they were all Sport LX originally.
