People will need to see good photos to tell you anything.

It's also not worth much. Tandems are expensive as heck to buy new but they lose a lot of value in the used market (expensive to ship, you have to find 2 people who want it and fit it).

...I've seen a lot of very nice, newer tandems here go for dirt cheap, because tandems. I almost bought a couple of them to strip for the components, and the wheels are usually very beefy, but I didn't want to take a chance on inheriting any curses. They call them divorce bikes for a reason.

Tamdems are hard to sell unless priced very low.

On this one no pics needed list for $200 or best offer and take whatever you get or keep it.

+1, tandems are very hard to market. It's even worse when they're something like the Peugeot with steel rims and French standard sizing and threading. You can try setting a $200 price but don't be surprised if offers are few and much less.

I had two French tandems (Motobecanes). These had alloy rims too. Offered them for sale for about half of what the tandem cranksets alone were worth. Eventually I gave up and sold the two sets of tandem cranks. Also sold the bar end shifters, and a few other parts. Sadly, the frames are most likely destined to scrap.
