Anyone had Experiences of getting tire sizes to fit a planet X stealth carbon track bike? The front end only seems to accommodate 19 mm tires.

where are you seeing clearance issues? That doesn't sound right.

Same. Just checked mine (spare bike) and has tons of clearance even with the 23c clinchers on the training wheels.
