15.5 hours, but only 9 of that was riding bikes. + maybe two or three hours on rocks moving very slowly in the horizontal plane and only slightly faster in the vertical one.
I went for a quick little trail run before errands this morning. Beautiful weather, quite a few people, but tried to give as much of a berth as possible. I fell jumping up onto this plastic pipe thing. Maybe only about 6-12 inches, but really hard straight onto my ass on a rock. Jarred every bone in my body. Also happens to be the first time I had the wind knocked out of me. Not a great experience. Besides my back muscles getting pretty pissed at me, I'm fine though.

Assuming my doc is right and I had Covid, I've been feeling progressively better every day for like a week and a half, and then hopped on my trainer today and was out of breath doing stuff I can normally do nose breathing. Both unable to take a full breath AND feeling like I couldn't get enough air. I'm fine now that I'm not riding, it's just very, very weird. This thing seems to linger, and that is something y'all should be aware of if you catch it.

No hrm today but seemed high. How are you doing now - any more lingering issues?

My HR would run ridiculously high. It's come down, but I'm still missing watts that aren't coming back after 10 or so weeks. So HR goes up to where is should, but power is down 15-30 watts depending on zone. I feel ok doing it, but just don't have the same ummmpf.
Decided today to pull the plug on racing this year. If I was just doing mass start stuff I'd probably not worry about it, but focusing on HCs is really w/kg dependent and it's too difficult to diet hard with all that's going on and the uncertainty if any of my races will even happen. Plus if I don't find the lost watts I'm not really winning much anyway.

2 hours of yardwork killed me; the interesting thing is my adductors would always be sore when I did it (from bending over) this time its my hamstrings. A good sign as my femur is no longer out of place. A good example of this issue is baseball players, who open up their legs while batting and that leads to overuse of the groin. Hopefully this has a positive effects in my wattage, but I've learned not to expect that.
I hope it all gets better, from what I've read COVID wrecks the lungs something awful.

Hope you guys eventually make a full recovery TKD and gsteinb.
~9.5 for me last week - mainly due to a reduced weekend. I had planned on 5 and 1.5 hrs on Sat and Sun, but ended up with 4 and 0. Not stressing it.
On Saturday I freaking smashed - was at a gentle 180w at my turnaround point (Oceanside), then 205w AP by the time I got home - just hammering down the coast (body weight at 145). It was fun! Felt pretty wrecked after, like I did 6+. On Sunday I was more interested in doing house chores with the lady than riding - we cleaned/re-organized both of our outdoor patios (corner unit), one is for storage and the other for gardening. Also we totally cleaned the guest/bike room, pulling everything out, cleaning and re-arranging as I get ready to configure it for indoor training with my Saris H3 (still in box). I bought a new PC and have a number of other accessories arriving throughout the week so that I can set everything up next weekend. Fun!

12.3 hours last week. I ended the week at 84 CTL (Xert TL), which is pretty rarefied air for me. After COVID started I just continued on my plan, but I don't know if I'll have enough hours in the week to get to 90 or a 100.

I usually top out at about 100 myself pre season, 90-ish a lot of the time. Right now I'm at like 80 w high TSB, which is a bit down as I haven't been wrapping a commute (to and form work) around my training rides. I've been training to and from home and driving to work to reduce the number of items I have on me/at my desk and lower my "footprint" as we are asked to do during these times.

ramp tested today (using zwift), expected to be 285, got 285 lol I had pretty much mentally prepared myself to end at the minute mark where things went to 400, not really a great mindset when you're supposed to empty the tank, so I might have been able to squeeze a few more seconds, maybe not 30 to give myself a 5w bump, but who knows. Everyone always thinks they had some more after a test is done lol

I am finding it tough right now to do any focused intervals, but I'm having some really enjoyable rides. Went out Sunday for a 62 mile ride that was just beautiful and had a blast really pushing the last 20 miles. My power meter battery was dead so I don't have numbers, but I really killed it on the perceived exertion front!

I'm excited to get this smart trainer setup, maybe that will bring some spice to my weekday riding.

Yeah how the **** does one even do that?!
Doctor sent me for covid testing today. The test folks took my vitals and they're all OK (o2 sat, bp, etc), BUT I have a minor pneumonia going on. Don't believe the hype - the covid sinus swab test does not hurt, it tickles. Anyone who claims differently is a fred.
Training status: vexed.

Zwift group ride. We decided to can it for the year. We weren't getting many locals and the weather is getting nice. Yeah, our full group ride hasn't started yet this year but we're all pretty burnt out on leading this thing.
On a positive note, I won the last sprint. That counts for something, right?

Did the ramp FTP test on zwift tonight. The good news is that it’s almost 20w higher than what I had been estimating. The bad news is that it’s still 35w lower than where I was a couple of seasons ago. Starting to climb out of the hole but have a ways to go.

Hopped on Zwift to warm up for the 4:15 A race last night. Timing went like this:
3:30 - Realize I hadn't set my indoor stuff up in a while and it was scattered to the winds
3:50 - Inflate tires to 94 psi F/R because rollers
3:52 - Begin kitting up
3:55 - Pull bib straps off because I forgot my HR strap
3:59 - Start Zwift
3:59 - Turn fans on
4:00 - Calibrate power meter
4:01 - Begin warmup waaaaay later than I need for Zwift A-level crit race
4:05 - Something feels loose on the bike
4:06 - No really... Something is up
4:06 - Stop warmup and find hole in rear tire. The extra 20 psi I added and the deformation of the rollers has begun pushing Stans out of the hole, and all over my rear drums
4:09 - In my kitchen ripping another 700x28 tubeless tire off of my gravel bike.
4:11 - Installing tire onto road rim
4:11 - Stans is coating everything
4:12 - Run into bike room to grab CO2 inflator out of my saddle bag because the pump ain't doing it
4:13 - Slam wheel back into place
4:14 - Clip back in, continue warming up, rear end is loose because Stans is still all over the drums and the new tire
4:15 - Race begins. People are doing 10 W/kg for the first 15 seconds (?!). I'm trying to keep up, but my rear tire is peeling out and sliding side to side all over the rear drums. Instant separation occurs in the race.
4:16 - Sit my ass down and start rolling on power to try and claw my way up to the front (who is still doing 6 W/kg)
4:17 - I'm dragging the entire B field up to the A field at 6.5 W/kg on cold legs
4:17 - Realize that even if I catch the A field, I'll be on inflamed unhappy legs for the rest of the race
4:18 - Bail out.
It's only in hindsight that I realize I could have just slapped the entire rear wheel from my gravel bike into the frame of my road bike and not used the lower range of the cassette. It was a fitting end to a crappy day. I cleaned everything up, ordered 2 new GP5KTL's (one to have as a spare), made a salad, then watched 3 episodes on Star Trek TNG in my underwear.
