Tell me about this Rockhopper I just bought from Poland

For Xmas I purchased this rockhopper from ebay. It looks like it’s my size and I love the color. What year it is? Ive read these are non butted frames so the entire tube is one guage resulting in a heavy bike with slightly more dent/crumple resistance and looks like it would take my grocery Porteur nicely

any info or appreciation is welcome, thanks!

I think that as a Rockhopper it should have the Specialized custom butted tubing—not sure if that is the main tubes or all. The Hard Rock was generally straight tubing. Not sure how this varies year-to-year.
