Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

It was a web order. I about crapped myself when I saw the shipping invoice, thinking I accidentally ordered a ton of stuff - then I read the bottom, and saw I was only charged for the first four items. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

All but the first four (I ordered the bulk gel, flask, endurolyte powder and fizz). The final column for each item is what I was billed (it looked much neater on their invoice). It is pretty much a sample of everything they offer.

That happened to me on my first order. As a bonus, I also really like their products and find that they perform as advertised. Hammer is a sponsor of the race team that I joined, so I now get some pretty nice deals.

Yeah when you order from them for the first time they give you a lot of their products for free. Want you to sample a lot of their stuff hoping you order in bigger quantities in the future. Great products and customer service from Hammer.

Actually it happens to every new customer.

I have been an avid supporter for Hammer for year. Enough that when I call they go "whoa....that's a lot of refferal points." I'm a "clean conscious" kind of guy. I won't BS anyone because I have so much going on that I would never be able to remember a lie if I told it. Just easier to tell the truth all the time. Hammer does a great job. Both in regards to product as well as customer service.

I just put in an order a couple of weeks ago and even though it was all taken care of with referal points they STILL threw in some new stuff to try. They offered. I listened. I tried. Awesome.

They have lots of "fan bois" for sure, and I have always felt a little like a Shill, but honestly....they just can't be beat. I am so happy, to this day, that I found them.

Hammer's been nothing but great every time I've dealt with them as a customer.

I buy Hammer at my local Sports Basement store. Love the Fizz, but they make me belch if I use two tabs in a bottle. I like how they think. You purchase large enough containers that you are already happy with their products. So they sent you samples hoping you'll come back to buy more. Great marketing plan!

I actually tried them for the first time after noticing (and using) the discount link in PSIMET's sig. My experience has been the same. Great product and lots of free samples. I haven't had to deal with their customer service department yet as my first three orders have been accurately fulfilled and promptly shipped. I am not 100% convinced of the effectiveness claims of some of their more esoteric products (and to be clear I haven't tried most of them), but the staples (Heed, Gel, Perpetuem, and Endurolytes) are money IMHO. YMMV
