Yes, it is the Bontrager rack. The rack from my 2015 FX 7.2 bike didn't fit the mounts under the seat for this 2020.

I did (after the fact) look at other storage options for under the top tube instead of adding a rear rack and bag. My main concern has been that my legs might rub against the bag which would be super annoying. Not necessarily this bag, but something that would mount like this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07S7B7FWV/

I got that one from Amazon the other day for $10. Too much on my bike? 
If I had to pick either the new bag under the top tube OR the pannier bag and rack, which is better? Rear rack and bag can hold a little bit more, but I never pack it to the gills. Does under the top tube result in any wind resistance or have other drawbacks (I only rode a few miles with it so far)?
