Bonjour du Québec !
Hi! I am a member since January and I just realized I never introduced myself. So I am an avid cyclist from Montreal. I love bikes - new, old, road, mountain, TT... I like to ride but I also do triathlons and duathlon. I recently (re)discovered good old steel bikes and started to restore some. I have a lot to learn and this is why I love so much this Bike Forums. I ask a lot of questions, hoping that I will soon become so knowledgeable that I will also answer a lot!

Bonjour and welcome.
A couple of subforms to check out are Triathlon and the 33 bike racing in the racers forum. The 33 has some interesting stickies for time trials and workout recipes.
