The smooth seatpost is 27.2 while the fluted one is 27.0.
The pedals do not include cleats. The black ones is a Ritchey while the lollipops are probably speedplay.

The post appears to be a Sugino SP-KC:

VeloBase.com - Component: Sugino SP-KC (fluted; measurement ruler)

Yes, it's the dreaded Sugino "measure this" seat post, (in)famous for letting water into the frame on account of the long wide flutes. And yes, it was probably sold a long time ago. 27.0 is a less common size than 27.2, and they seem to be hard to come by.

I need a 27.0 I have tried a 27.2 and its just too tight. I sort of like the fluted one even though it has a terrible reputation. If anyone has one of either style pm me please.
I'm confused as to if my request meets the guidelines here so if it doesn't I apologize and will gladly remove it.

No foul. But let me recommend that you list your search for the seat post you’re looking for in the main C&V forum. Towards the top of the page is a shaded area with “stickies,” or threads that stay at top of the page. There is one such thread title “ISO and for trade thread part 5.” You’ll reach a larger audience there, and help to keep these sale ads better focused. I’ll provide the link below... And good luck finding a 27.0 seat post. I’m sure it won’t take long!
