Heyooo from Buffalo

Hey folks, long time reader here and decided to join. I haven't touched a bike in 4 years, and now I'm getting back into it. Lots of great information on the forum, look forward to seeing more fantastic posts! I'm a suburbanite of Buffalo who is a mailman, and after suffering a work injury said to myself it was time to get back on a bike and start using other muscle sets etc, and have fun while going faster than a walking pace.

Both nowadays, but used to be all walking. 8-14 miles a day. 22 miles in one route, it was a beast.

Welcome. That’s some impressive walking miles. Wonder if Fitbit goes that high for a day.
