Festivelo--Anyone Going?

It looks like a great ride in Charleston, SC. Anyone been? Anyone going?

I've seen a bit of publicity for that around Atlanta, but haven't heard of anyone going.

I'm still trying to decide.
My wife isn't a cyclist - yet - so she'd have to do the tourist thing while I'm riding.
Also, if you don't camp - we don't - the costs (Festivelo + hotel + meals, etc) are a lot to consider for a four day event.
One day I'm thinking we won't go, the next day it sounds like fun.
Can any others who've attended in the past help me decide?

I keep looking at the pics on the website and am wondering why everyone is wearing tights and jackets. I thought Charleston was "warm" most of the year.
