How do 1.1 Wall Steel Disc forks ride?
I'm contemplating a new build for really long distance but also have an set of Campy H11 Levers brakes sitting in a box.
I want to use a the Son SL generator system as well so that means a steel fork.
I'm a big guy at 240lbs so 1.1 might be the way to go anyways.
But has anyone built and ridden a fork with 1.1 wall blades? How was it?
I'm assuming at my weight anything other than a 1-1/8 Steerer and disc is a no go as well.
Thanks

I've used these 1.1 wall fork blades on a couple disc brake all-road bikes, and mixed then with standard blades (the thicker blade on the left for the disc brake tab) for disc road bikes. They ride just fine to me. You'll notice more the weight difference (which quickly fades away) than the difference in stiffness.
