Spinergy Hub Adjustment

Hi Everyone - I am noticing that the rear wheel on my road bike, a Spinergy SR-3 is getting some play at the rim that is coming from the hub and I need to snug up the hub before it gets out of control. Can someone advise me as to how to do this or direct me to a tutorial online or somewhere. I am thinking it shouldn't be hard but I have a Campy setup on my bike and hubs/wheels are hard to find and expensive so I want to make sure I do it right. Thanks all.
