I almost got that bike... If I hadn't found my Fuji a week later, on the same say they sold the Trek, this was the bike I was gonna get. 27" single-speed wheels and moustache bars were no-gos for me, but would be an easy fix at the Bike Kitchen. From research, I'm pretty sure it's a 510.

The PX-10 has been cut from 800 in the last week. I was sorely tempted to email the Waterford owner and tell them that, at 350, they're gonna see their bike on e-bay for a grand... 350 for that bike is just unethical. If I gave them a dime less than 500 for it, I'd have trouble sleeping. But, it's been up for a week at that price, so what do I know? Too small for me anyway.

Not quite perfect; this one has a small ding in the top tube. I've never seen a chainring like this one.

Crank mounted chain keepers, that chain is never coming off.

Nishiki Olympic in Scio NY (hour south of Buffalo)
$75
Per ad: 22" frame. 4130 Cr-Mo frame tubing and 700x23C wheels/tires"
Do like a seat bag as might have free treats

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...61039611175288

Panasonic DX-2000 Bicycle
$75
Per ad "Lightly used, 21" frame and 700x25 wheels"

So why post two seemingly lower end bikes?
1) They look really well cared for/ stored properly
2) Same seller so basically $150 for both.

I'd call those ^^^^^ mid-level, not "lower end". Same seller, might be worth making an offer on both at the same time.

madpogue You're right, they deserve more respect that I gave them.
Since they are too small for me, I'd see them as flippers to support the purchase of parts I need or another ride that fits. I was tempted to email and offer to buy if seller will hold but the US-Canada border will remain shut for a while longer.........

They look great!!!
My only complaint is "an hour south of Buffalo" Who wants to be an hour south of Buffalo? not winter... yet. Give it 2 months.
How does anyone even get an hour south of Buffalo. This has real potential to turn into one of those "found footage" movies...
