E-book Wheels and Wheeling - the Smithsonian Collection
Found online while searching for something completely different. A nice historical catalog. Here's the link: Wheels and Wheeling

Interesting that the Raleigh near the end of the book was a self made "3 speed" - a set of 3 cogs on the back and gears selected by loosening the wheel manually and moving the chain by hand...a manual Cambio Corse it appears....8000 miles on that bike must have been a real adventure.
