compression tights advice please.
are any of you guys wearing compression bibs or leggings.
i suffer with lactic acid in my legs when the going gets tough .
if i ride steady i'm ok but when the speed goes up
thanks.in the group or when i'm climbing i suffer big time.
so if i were to buy myself compression tights or leggings will they help in any way.
i ware assos bibs at the moment great bib tights but not much good for my complaint.

My Sugoi RS shorts exhibit more compression than my other bibs and shorts. They tend to stay put which I like otherwise, I see no advantage in their compression - though these are not marketed as "compression" shorts. After ride compression may be more suitable for recovery. But I suspect a post ride message will do more.
You can try one of the many lactic acid buffer supplements but, I suspect implementing a proper training regimen to increase your threshold (Power and HR) will likely do the most to mitigate the build up.

thanks for that nealh, i never looked at taking any kind of supplement whats out there that works.
my training is going well i dont race ,just that there is quiet a few strong lads in the weekend group, well you know the story we still like to keep up with the young bucks,but my legs are killing me when the pace goes up.
i do around 150 miles a week have done since christmas so it's not a lack of training.

you might try compression socks-- they go knee high-- triathletes use them. I have a couple pair, and they tend to help reduce fatigue. They do nothing for the thighs, but they cover the lower legs (you can get them in a myriad of colors as well).
