Belgian Waffle Ride
So who's doing this on Sunday? Tire choice has been driving me nuts in preparation for it since it it has a lot of road riding.

Unfortunately for me, I'm not doing it this year, but I've done the Wafer twice. Both times I rode 700x30 Challenge Strada Bianca tires (tubed). Both Waffle and Wafer are mostly road, so a fast and durable tubeless 28-32 tire should be ideal.
