Which features do you want / need?
For easy on/off, the another notable option is the Ortlieb Rack Lock Adapter --- I bought an Ortlieb Trunk Bag RC and have been pretty pleased with it, but...
- Rack Lock Adapter is intended to be turned around to clamp from the inside if mounted on a wider rack --- unfortunately, there's a metal bar in the way of releasing it then --- been debating drilling a hole or working up some sort of lever
- capacity is lower than I'd expected / hoped for, and there's not as much internal organization as I'd like --- the roll top really should be just a bit longer

Topeak has some options. I've had an MTX on (and off. and on. and...) bag/rack combo on my commuter for several years and it's held up pretty well.

I have this bag - its worth every F-in penny IMHO (you need a Bontrager rack to use it however, as you may already know)
Some little but important touches and things not readily or easily shown by just looking at it in the pictures:
- there is a high vis rain cover inside a zippered compartment that is tethered to the bag with a fabric strap so you don't lose it (fairly easy to remove/reinsert into the compartment). This rain cover will protect the entire bag from precipitation except any parts of the side fold out panniers that fall below the pannier rack deck if you use them. There is a loop on the back of the rain cover to mount a clip on rear light or reflector if you don't have one on your pannier rack
- comes with a shoulder strap that you clip on to the d-rings to carry like a gym bag or purse
- has a cinchable rope "mesh" on the main zippered cover if you want to carry things on top of it or want to clip your helmet to it
when you're not riding
- has a carry handle on the back if you don't want to use the shoulder strap
- has a spot on the back to mount a clipped rear light or reflector if you are so inclined
- the main compartment is also expandable (with a zipper) to increase it's size (upward)
- it can carry some of the larger U-locks inside the main compartment which is where I put mine without issue (I use one of the larger
Kryptonites sometimes)
I've been using this on my bike exclusively for well over a year and it's stood up very well so far! Bontrager/Trek produce some very innovative high quality products and this is a fine example. I can also see they make an effort to continuously improve their products if they come up with a way to improve it. For the $$$ you won't be disappointed I promise!

The interchange it worth the increased $ (Mind you do you do have to buy the Bontrager rack to use the interchange which is competitively priced) for the convenience of removing it quickly to go out and about.
