Schwinn Super Sport S/P
Is this bike unusually awesome, collectable, or rare? Champion 2 steel, Cyclone derailleurs, Sugino AT cranks, and it says "Super Sport" on the headbadge.

I'd ride it. I believe it's fairly well regarded. Looking for the market value? I'd say maybe $400-$500 in great condition to the right person.

It be a great commuter, though. I wouldn't rank it any higher than other Japanese bikes with the same components. I think "right buyer" is the working phrase.

It's very versatile without compromising performance (to the degree a loaded tourer does).
But yes, again, "right buyer" factors in.
