Snowdrop St in Alta Loma

Does anyone know if this road is paved and if it will connect Haven to Archibald ? is it ridable ? There's one way to find out, but maybe someone has already tried it out.

I believe Haven is paved but Private. I know Archibald goes up and is public but my car in first gear has a hard time on that, it is VERY steep. It wraps around but you have to make sure you get the right street to go through.

Looking to add some more feet and adventure to my ride home tonight since Donkey road is closed and I don't want to ride up Sierra. I've ridden to the top of Hermosa. Thanks for the response.

So from what you're saying, you can go up Archibald, but can't loop back down to Haven because it is private ?

I have no first-hand knowledge of the area, but I've checked on Strava and I see that some people rode this route, most recently on Oct 25, 2012.

Judging by satellite photos, about half of Snowdrop is paved. Archibald is super steep (looks like 12% average and above 15% in spots).

I am sure you can ride it but you might get someone saying otherwise? If i was to add elevation on the way back home just ride Saphire then Archibald then Hermosa then Haven then East and you will have plenty! Hillside Street does bump around a bit up there but gets you accross most of it (west to east).

Took Archibald to the gate. Could have kept going, but it was getting dark and didn't want to get lost up there trying to find my way down to Haven. Archibald above Hillside is steeper than a mutha..... Coming down it wasn't fun either.
