anybody have any experience with Amino Vital?

it sounds good.. but I expect it will be expensive, just wondering if anybody out there knows anything about it and how well it works..

Location: Might as well be underwater because I make less drag than a torpedoE (no aero bars here though)

Let me guess, it's a small tablet with token amounts of essential amino acids?

Why waste you money when whey protein has all sorts of researched benefits and is a lot cheaper.

To cut through the BS use this.https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?

Type in whey protein and exercise,etc.----->then you will get all the legitimate double blinded research you can handle. Thank me later.

yeah im hip to the whey cool scene.. dump it in my smoothies etc.. just curious what this other stuff is like and if anybody had any feedback on it.. thanks..

What is Amino Vital Anyway? You should give us a link so we know what it is.
