There was a shop on Stanyan Street in SF (North of American Cyclery, so it wasn't them) that carried Holdsworth in the late '70s and early '80s...I'm sure there were others but that's one I actually visited in person.

I wouldn’t think too much of the color choice not being like the team model. Here’s a direct quote from the 1971 Catalog. ”Finish: As team machine or to choice including chrome forks and 10” seat/chainstays.

I agree it’s never going to be completely authentic and original because of the aftermarket paint job, but I’d like to bring it back to factory original as best I can.
